The Head of Human Resources acts as a strategic architect, driving organizational excellence and cultural transformation. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, optimizing performance management systems (KPIs), fostering a culture of continuous improvement (6S), and developing a robust talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Culture Building & Organizational Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive corporate culture strategy aligned with core values.
- Drive a culture of compliance and excellence across all departments, focusing on the 6S framework.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal recognition programs (e.g., Star Contests) to enhance employee morale and retention.
Advanced HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and manage a sophisticated HR data analytics system to provide deep insights into workforce productivity, turnover, and labor costs.
- Implement automated reporting dashboards (utilizing HRIS & Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making for the Board of Directors.
- Forecast headcount needs and budget requirements based on strategic business growth.
Strategic HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Direct the HRBP model to ensure HR acts as a trusted advisor to various functions: Sales (GT, MT, E-commerce), Marketing, Supply Chain, Factory, and Back-office.
- Collaborate with Department Heads to design organizational structures, workforce planning, and specialized KPI frameworks with clear measurement formulas.
- Provide strategic counsel on talent management, conflict resolution, and change management.
Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Build a Young Talent Pipeline and internal training programs to develop future leaders.
- Define clear Career Paths and execute Succession Planning for critical management roles.
- Oversee Employer Branding strategies to position the company as a top employer in the labor market.
General Affairs & Administrative Management:
- Oversee total General Affairs (GA) operations, including office management, facility services, and logistics.
- Standardize and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Manage administrative budgets and optimize resource allocation for office operations.
