· Managing and running the HR & admin operations to ensure it run smoothly and effectively.
· Needs to understand MPS’s corporate directions and adapt the company slogans in all HR activities.
· Building salary scale and career path for employees
· Control & oversee HR department’s budget.
· Studying and searching the market salary information for the total reward management system including payroll, kinds of insurance (compulsory & healthcare insurance), salary survey to make sure a competitive payment policy for all employees.
· Cooperate with Trade Union representative to deal with workers’ demands & have suitable professional solutions.
· Building the organizational structure as well as company regulations such as policies, benefit plans, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment program, safety of workforce & other human resource issues, then supervise the observance of employees & report to GD/TOM.
· Evaluate effectiveness through compiling & analyzing data (KPI for staffs), typically prepare & distribute various reports on HR metrics to ensure needs are met.
· Building regulations for the use of company’s property & equipment.
· Supervise & consult Top of Management on strategic HR recruitment & development program, training program, compensation, benefits & labor relations.
· Managing staff compliance to company’s regulations ensuring it aligns with company regulation, Vietnam labor laws and industry regulations is vital to the continued success and profitability of the company.
· Developing and managing projects to ensure they met the expected timeline.
· Responsible for the development of the HR department
· Dealing with ad-hoc projects promptly or any urgent task arise
· Handle the problem & proposal all of administration activities.
· Able to manage culture change
· Able manage learning and development, measurably.
· Knowledge and education level:
- University of human resource management/ legal/or related fields
- Knowledge of Human resources Management, training programs.
- Good knowledge on payroll
- Good knowledge in labor law, discipline and reward
- Planning and management skills
· Skills:
- Good comment in English (4 skills)
- Good at communication
- Good at presentation skill
- Good at Microsoft office: Word, Advanced Excel, power point.
- Able to approach the others, patient, dedicating to job
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the same position
