Propose & manage the budget of logistics department

Search and negotiate with transporters and shipping lines, forwarder for the best service and cost to company and decide to select the suitable ones

 Investigate, plan and implement strategically effective and relevant transport methods, which meet optimally the needs of the company and its suppliers and customers.

Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies.

Analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers

Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability

Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.

Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes.

Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.

Well oversee / keep track all of logistics staff, plan, and schedule.

Build/ maintain good contact, mutual understanding with local authorities (customs office).

Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

Cooperate with functional departments and forwarding companies, shipping lines to make sure of smoothly delivery operations.

Solve the problem and give solution for any issues

Supervise and give instruction to subordinates to ensure logistics operations effectiveness and productivities.

Use experience and knowledge to develop direct reports.

Do the necessary coaching on the job’s assignment.

Develop material both functional and soft skills to train staff.

Managing the team effectively to ensure they are always providing the correct level of service to both internally and externally

Understand requirements of each internal department and give the solutions to enhance these interactions

Others as assigned by Manager

University graduated, major in foreign trade or related field

Over 5 years of experience in Logistics with at least 2 years of experience at the same position

Problem solving and analytical skill

Management & Leadership skills

Communication & Negotiation skills

Microsoft offices: Excel, Word, PowerPoints, Outlook

Ability to work under pressure

Communication in English

Willing to relocate to Tây Ninh for working onsite
