Job Description

Overall View of the Job:

• The Strategic Planning Manager will be responsible for the planning and strategy leading in HS Creation Center.
• Also needs to perform research management and successfully make presentation to clients.
• This position has to manage the workload of staffs in team and report performance to CCO directly.

Responsibility:

• Get and clarify the brief from client and understand it deeply
• Give the exact proposition & creative directions to creative team
• Work together with HSCC whole team to win the projects
• Study, analyze all related and necessary data
• Create direction and strategy
• Research management
• Presentation creation
• Internal projects and paperwork of Strategic Planning team
• Support Strategic Planning Team in some other task
• Manage the workload in Team
• Coach the staffs of Team
• Report to CCO

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience. 
• Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of strategy and management
• Good presentation ability in English
• Good understanding about client’s insight
• Ability to look at both the big picture and details
• Logical thinking with analytical skill, creative mind-set
• Good at management skill to coach your team
• University graduate or MBA preferred.
