Key Responsibilities
Shape and advance academic innovation by architecting integrated instructional models, curriculum ecosystems, and scalable learning solutions for the Secondary School division.
Define and safeguard academic governance, translating educational philosophy into robust frameworks, standards, and operating principles that drive teaching excellence and system-wide coherence.
Cultivate academic leadership capacity by spearheading professional learning initiatives and translating research insights into practical application for School Leadership Teams and teaching staff.
Steer academic performance and long-term quality growth, using evidence-based evaluation to inform strategic priorities and elevate learning outcomes across the system.
Continuously optimize curriculum design and instructional practices, ensuring adaptability, pedagogical impact, and alignment with contemporary educational demands.
Orchestrate and oversee the academic roadmap for Secondary education, coordinating initiatives throughout the academic year in line with Pathway’s strategic vision.
Act as a strategic academic partner to Principals and teaching teams, offering expert counsel, mentoring, and solutions that strengthen instructional quality and develop future-ready educators.
Professional Background
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Secondary Education or a related field;
A second degree in Educational Management is a strong advantage.
3–5 years of experience in a comparable leadership role, with demonstrated strength in designing, governing, packaging, and implementing Secondary and/or International Secondary programs.
Proven experience in teacher training, academic supervision, and program monitoring.
