    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Programs & Campaigns

    · Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of business programs, campaigns and strategic initiatives.

    · Coordinate with business units to ensure effective execution, communication and adoption of programs/campaigns.

    · Monitor campaign performance, business outcomes and participation engagement, and recommend enhancement opportunities.

    · Manage the end-to-end administration of campaigns rewards, incentives and prize fulfillment processes including qualification validation, reward calculation, approval coordination and honor announcement.

    · Evaluate program effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) to support future business planning and campaign optimization.

    2. Pricing & Business Support

    · Review and evaluate pricing requests submitted by business units for corporate promotion packages.

    · Provide pricing recommendation balancing business competitiveness, profitability and market conditions.

    · Monitor marketing pricing trends, competitor offerings and customer behavior to support timely pricing adjustments and submission to relevant approval authorities.

    · Propose and maintain pricing schemes and approval conditions to ensure consistency across business units.

    · Conduct profitability and portfolio impact assessments to support pricing decisions and business opportunities.

    3. Customer Relationship Management

    · Manage and enhance Corporate Banking customer management frameworks and CRM-related initiatives.

    · Monitor customer portfolio management practices across business units to ensure alignment with business objectives and internal standards.

    · Support customer segmentation, portfolio review and relationship deepening initiatives.

    · Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to improve customer data utilization and customer management effectiveness.

    4. Business Performance & Analytics

    · Monitor and analyze business performance across Corporate Banking portfolios

    · Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, management reporting & presentations.

    · Provide business insights and recommendations to support decision-making & business growth.

    Job Requirement

    ·         Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

    ·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Business Management, Business Analytics or Business Development.

    ·         Good understanding of banking products (preferred Corporate), customer relationship management, portfolio management and business performance drivers.

    ·         Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, willingness to learn, taking initiatives and outside the box thinker.

    ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.

    ·         Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

    ·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
