Job Description

· Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/SRS) for banking systems and projects.

· Provide technical consultation and translate business needs into IT specifications for core banking, internet banking, mobile banking, or other bank business for Custody, Kondor, LOS, etc.

· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, coordination with vendors, progress monitoring, and stakeholder reporting.

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.

· Perform initial troubleshooting and system checks when issues arise, resolving them directly when possible or escalating to vendors for support.

· Support daily operations and system maintenance for platforms banking systems.

· Prepare detailed reports, process diagrams (using UML/BPMN), and presentations for managers, directors, or the Head of ICT.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital banking solutions and operational processes.

Job Requirement

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or software development, preferably in banking or fintech sectors.

· Proven experience in programming or software development (e.g., .Net, Java, Python, SQL, or similar) to support technical consultation and troubleshooting.

· Understanding and experience of banking systems (core banking, internet banking, mobile banking, or systems like Acquiring, CUSTODY, KONDOR, LOS, etc) are a plus.

· Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma) and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).

· Good logical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to consult and manage complex projects.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with business units and vendors.

· Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken); Korean language skills are an advantage.

· Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master are a plus.
