- In charge of the implementation and will be responsible to the Division Head for the work of the License Team in Hoa Binh, including:

+ Complete the legal procedures on construction for the project, including:

+ Apply for the planning task Approve and detailed planning of 1/500 scale.

+ Apply for infrastructure connection agreements, fire protection approval for the project.

+ Appraisal of technical designs, basic designs, construction designs.

+ Approve environmental impact assessment of projects.

+ Apply for construction permit.

+ Carry out procedures for the connect road

- Carry out procedures for investor selection and investment license.

Short-term challenges:

• Quickly self learning about the company business & products within first 2 weeks

• Actively travelling to Hoa Binh is an advantage

• Ability to participate in hosting guests Long-term challenges

• Self learning about Autocad, technical skills & actively updating the law

• Self learning about the real estate market & financial management

• Education College/ University Major: Law, Construction, Architect, Engineering 3 - 5 required Hard Skill ( must - have Experience)

• 5 years working experience in project development team

• Have knowledge about Real estate, investment law

• Ability to use Auto Cad, Edit the investment documents to submit the government

• Excellent in speaking & writing in Vietnamese Essential Traits 

• Self learning mindset

• Team work spirit

• Good at organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Creativity and proactive is an advantage
