[Hoan Kiem - Hanoi] QC Engineer

1. Handling Quality Issues (Claim Management)

• Confirm defect status at customer site:
  • Verify defect phenomenon, affected quantity, and related production lot
  • Assess impact level (e.g., line stop risk)
• Implement containment actions:
  • Arrange sorting/screening at customer site when required
  • Ensure no defective parts are delivered to production
• Collect and analyze information:
  • Use 5W2H method to clarify issue details
  • Prepare defect report (NG report) with clear description and visual evidence
  • Translate and submit report to supplier

2. Quality Documentation Management

 2.1 New Model

• Deploy required quality documents based on customer.
• Follow up supplier to ensure on-time submission of documents
• Review and validate documents:
  • Check completeness and consistency before submission
• Update document status to quality system.

2.2 Mass Production

• Collect quality documents upon customer request:
  • Inspection reports, certificates, lot data, etc.
• Review documents before submission to customer:
  • Ensure accuracy, format compliance, and approval status
• Control 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method):
  • Follow up supplier for any changes
  • Ensure proper notification and customer approval

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / Materials or related field
• QC / QA  experience is a plus

• Good command of English: Reading and writing technical documents, communication with suppliers and customer
