Assist the Chairman in managing, coordinating, and supervising operations of the hospitality/hotel division.
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and hotel management teams (General Managers, Department Heads).
Prepare, consolidate, and analyze operational, business, and management reports related to hotel operations.
Attend meetings with internal teams and external partners; take meeting minutes and follow up on action plans.
Support pre-opening, operation optimization, and service quality improvement projects for hotels when required.
Assist in working with hotel operators, consultants, brands, and international partners.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chairman.

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in hospitality/service industry is required, preferably in hotels or hotel chains.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, service standards, and hospitality mindset.
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor, high sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ability to work with senior leadership.
