[HQ HCM] Assistant to MD - Glam Beautique (Trợ lý bộ phận thu mua)

Assist Merchandiser to satisfy the needs of the Customer, achieving sales, stock and profit targets

• Create SKU & PO as per MD's regulation​
• Make/Adjust Cost & Price in PROFIT system​
• Monitor Suppliers' Sales & Stock movement, ​Contact suppliers for Price check, Promotion scheme check & request​
• Check merchandise at Selling Area, display goods on shelves to follow MD's Planogram​
• Check actual stock condition in backroom, adjust the display if necessary​
• Update the MD sales report and send to Merchandisers​
• Update Price & Artwork for Monthly Mailer based on Manu to ensure 100% accuracy achievement​
• Work with internal departments like Accounting, Legal, IT, RDC… for related documentation in need​
• Support MDs in other relevant tasks

• Bachelor degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
• Fresher is welcomed
• Show the passion of the merchandise career
• Customer-focused/Customer Oriented mindset
• Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
