ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (60%): - Handle the document process, including managing the required documents and supplements for the marketing process. - Follow up and support for contract and submit payment documents with legal, accounting and agencies. - Ensure process and payment for agencies on time - Manage office stationery, placing orders and maintaining optimal levels. - Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for team. - Supporting the production of related marketing, event materials.
COMMUNICATION & DATA ANALYSIS (40%) - Maintain positive and professional relationships with other department. - Support to manage and regularly update the marketing’s data and documentation. - Prepare presentations and reports, as assigned, utilizing data analysis and presentation tools. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and databases. - Other tasks as assigned by superior.
