1.Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to be in charge of daily administrative operations and provide HR support, ensuring smooth and efficient office activities. This role will be responsible for office administration, employee engagement activities, onboarding offboarding support, travel arrangements, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. The position also plays an important role in supporting company events, maintaining office facilities, and providing internal professional support to employees and guests.
2.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office activities and maintain a safe, well-functioning work environment.
- Handle administrative documents, expense processing, vendor coordination, and payment-related tasks.
- Manage office supplies, transportation arrangements, maintenance and courier services, and office facilities.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling and new employee coordination.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities such as company trips, parties, workshops, celebrations, and internal programs.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics.
- Support foreign guests and visitors with travel arrangements, eVisa procedures, scheduling, and hospitality services.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office operations and company events.
- Perform receptionist and front-office support duties.
- Provide administrative support for management and handle ad-hoc assignments from the direct manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information.
3.Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or closely related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR & Administration roles.
- Experience in office administration and employee support activities is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hardworking, honest, and eager to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative at work.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Open-minded, cooperative, positive can-do and service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to contribute and grow with the company for the long term.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
