Job Description

An HR Admin Intern’s mains responsibility is to handle assigned clerical duties, to strongly assist the support team with office management. In addition, HR Admin Intern will be proactive in term of secretarial support to HR Executive.

v Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone call…;

- Manage Administrative-related paperwork such as payment in electricity, water using, taxi, Grab, TopUp…

- Manage office administrative tasks such as booking meeting room, hotel, name-card, air ticket…

- Support the organization of internal company events such as staff birthdays, employee onboarding, Women’s Day, Christmas, etc.

- Assist in updating and maintaining internal databases (employee information, documents, forms, etc.).

- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews…

- Other duties as assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirement

·         Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

·         English Communication;

·         Good at MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

·        Able to commit for at least 3 months (full – time)
