Job Description

1. Department management: Assigning tasks, supervising and evaluating the work performance of employees in the department.

2. Human resource management: Planning, recruiting, training, developing and evaluating employee performance.

3. Policy advice and development: Advising the leadership team on organizational structure, processes, internal regulations and compensation and benefits policies.

4. Labor relations: Resolving labor disputes, handling disciplinary actions, managing personnel records and communicating company policies.

5. Update the law documents of Government related to HR; HSE (OHS; Fire safety; Environment...) & refer the change forecast about relative policy, special in wage & benefit policy.

6. Administrative management: Organizing office activities, managing assets, equipment, documents, and correspondence.

7. Control and propose company rule, discipline role, Tidy, 6S, Safety, Hygiene and environment in order to promote company’s goodwill.

8. Building a corporate culture: Creating a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement.

Job Requirement

1. Graduated from University in related fields such as: HR management; Business Administration; Economics...

2. From 05 years of experience in a similar position. Have knowledges & experiences in managing manufacture biz.

3. Good English; Computer skills

4. Have knowledge & experience in building & managing competency framework system, evaluating work performance.

5. Have knowledge & experience in building & managing welfare policies for employees.

6. Have knowledge & experience in interviewing, recruiting and selecting senior positions; ability to plan and build a succession team, attract & retain talented personnel.

7. Have knowledge and experience in building training plans and human development.

8. Have knowledge and experience in administrative management and HSE activities in manufacturing plants.

9. Good management & leadership skills & strategic vision.

10. Good soft skills: communication & presentation skills
