Human Resources:
1. Recruitment:
+ In charge of company recruitment activities.
+ Check budget and receiving recruiting request of other departments. Then take in charge of searching appropriate recruiting sources and posting job ad
+ Liaise with recruitment consultant/government agencies or recruitment website to select potential candidates for vacancies.
+ Work with head of the department to arrange the interview schedule and join interview to choose the best suitable candidate.
+ Build up candidates database to meet recruitment request.
+ Make Offer letter, create account and welcome newcomers
2. Training:
+ Editor training program, prepare documents and conduct orientation for newcomers.
+ Take care of training projects, conduct test and report training result.
+ Able to organize to train soft training in Company for other teams.
Administration:
+ Make employee card
+ Filing employee profile and administrative documents
+ Responsible for prepare meeting room when guest visiting
+ Responsible for scarp and hazardous waste collection
+ To handle, deliver and order stationery when receiving monthly request from Department.
+ To handle, deliver and order uniform.
+ Monthly making payments of administrative things.
+ To answer incoming call.
+ Assisting HR Manager in arranging all of the internal events related to employee activities

- At least 2-year working experience in HR field for foreign companies
