HR-Admin Staff | Nhân viên Hành chính Nhân sự

*** This position focuses on recruiting personnel for the factory.

• Recruitment & Onboarding :

  • Recruit employees based on departmental needs.

  • Source CVs, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.

  • Confirm salaries, send job offers, and finalize start dates.

  • Guide new hires on company rules, collect fingerprints/face data, and assign to managers.

• Employee Engagement & Administration:

  • Organize staff events (e.g., birthdays, awards, year-end party, farewells).

  • Handle staff requests/issues and consult with management.

  • Maintain and update employee records and profiles.

• Timekeeping & Reporting:

  • Oversee timekeeping (official staff & casual labor).

  • Cross-check attendance data and report discrepancies weekly.

  • Report manpower hours (Vega/Non-Vega, direct/indirect) monthly.

• Canteen & Logistics:

  • Coordinate daily and overtime meal reports with supervisors.

  • Arrange guest visits (transport, accommodation).

  • Book hotels, air tickets, and team events.

• Other Tasks:

  • Handle email/user ID creation and deactivation.

  • Prepare HR documents for audits.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers.

• Education: University Graduate and preferably in the field of Business administration, Human resource management, or Law
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position preferably in a food manufacturing factory
• English skills: Well Writing, Speaking & Listening
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
• Relationship building.
• Must be able to work with diverse team members across locations.
• Willing to learn
