1. Responsible for the maintenance and management of company infrastructure projects.
2. Develop, implement, and oversee daily inspections and management of the company’s 6S Management System.
3. Establish and manage the company’s security policies and daily operations.
4. Develop, supervise, and manage all activities related to cleaning services and scrap materials, including the management of the cleaning staff team.
5. Manage the operations of the canteen and the foreign employees’ dormitory.
6. Legal tasks related to amendments and updates of the business registration license, investment registration certificate, and other relevant legal documents.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor
Professional Requirement: Management or related fields
Age Requirement: 30-40
Experience Requirement:
- 5+ years of administrative management experience. Good at English or Chinese
Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
1. Proficient in administrative management knowledge, with comprehensive understanding mastery of administrative processes and operational models.
2. Skilled in using office software.
Personal Quality Requirement:
1. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
