JOB PURPOSES:
- Consolidate, manage, and analyze HR data across the organization to deliver accurate reports, workforce insights, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making; and actively drive process improvements.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. HR Reports & Analysis
- Collect, validate, cleanse, and standardize HR data from multiple sources, develop and maintain HR data structures, master data files, and reporting databases.
- Mainly responsible for building, maintaining, and developing the nationwide HR reporting system, encompassing both periodic and ad-hoc reports.
- Perform in-depth analysis of HR and reward data, providing insights to support the review and design of total rewards policies and management decision-making.
2. Reward
- Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking analysis to ensure the competitiveness and internal equity of reward practices.
- Draft total rewards policies and provide advisory support in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
- Support analyzing and report on the cost and effectiveness of reward programs, and recommend improvements where needed.
- Support updating on market trends and best practices in rewards management, and propose initiatives to enhance employee attraction, retention, and engagement.
3. Budget & Benefit Management
- Collaborate with the C&B team on benefits administration to ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and effective communication to employees.
- Work closely with HRBPs and C&B team to support workforce budget planning and cost management.
4. Communication
- Ensure communication of reward policies and procedures to HRBPs, managers, and employees, and providing guidance and support on reward-related queries and issues.
5. Others
- Other duties as assigned by line manager, department manager and HRD.
- Participate in HR projects assigned by the direct manager or aligned with career development goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting & Finance management, business administration, or related field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis including at least 2 years of experience in payroll and reward management or compensation and benefits.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas); with experience in HRIS systems considered a strong advantage. Experiences with data analysis tools, reporting dashboards, and HR data management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of reward principles, practices, and methodologies, as well as the relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
