Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities

    Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Develop and improve company policies, procedures, and workflows related to HR, administration, and social responsibility. Ensure daily operations comply with local labor laws, and other legal requirements. Ensure to pass the certificates by external clients audits, such as ISO 9000/14001, BSCI, C-TPAT, IWAY, etc.

    Being the key contact for IKEA compliance and sustainability agenda: Build and execute annual action plans to meet IKEA IWAY and sustainability requirements. Maintain compliance information in SSI and SSTS systems, conduct regular internal compliance reviews and safety training, and mitigate legal risks.

    HR Management & Optimization: enhance the efficiency of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and overtime management.

    Company Culture Development: Lead the design and implementation of core culture/Value activities, such as employee care programs and team-building events, to enhance company image and foster a sense of belonging and cohesion among employees.

    Talent Development & Training: Design and implement talent selection and training systems, including leadership development and skill enhancement programs, to support long-term talent retention and growth.

    Administrative Operations Management: Manage office and facility up to the better working place with cleanliness, well-organized, security, canteen operations, and other administrative tasks to improve daily operational efficiency.

    Cross-Department Collaboration: Handle external/governments requires and reception duties at the corporate level. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of HR and administrative policies.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR and administration management in manufacturing industry, with familiarity in corporate social responsibility and sustainability requirements. Understanding of factory operations is MUST. Experience with IKEA IWAY audits is highly preferred.

    Professional Competencies: Proficient in labor laws, social responsibility, and fire safety compliance. Demonstrated success in handling employee relations, building corporate culture, and establishing training systems. Skilled in interview techniques and performance appraisal methods, including KPI and 360-degree feedback. Proficient in using office software and HR management systems.

    Management Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing teams efficiently and handling unexpected administrative issues.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Preference given to majors in Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields.

    Personal: Self-driven to achieve the Results, Open-minded and easy to communicate, and resilient under pressure
