Job Description

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HR systems, surveys, etc.).

  • Generate reports and presentations to clearly communicate HR data insights.

  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics to track KPIs related to various HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development).

2. Process Improvement & Project Support:

  • Assist HR specialists and project managers with data analysis for HR-related projects.

  • Suggest opportunities for streamlining HR processes based on data insights and best practices.

  • Support the development and implementation of new or revised HR processes.

  • Contribute to HR project success by gathering data and providing regular progress updates.

3. HR Program Support:

  • Work closely with HR specialists in areas like talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee relations to provide data-driven support.

  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the potential impact of proposed HR initiatives.

  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to inform program development.

  • Assist with other tasks as needed by the department head.

Job Requirement

1.   Education:   

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.   Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR-related role or relevant data analysis experience.

3.   Knowledge:

  • Experienced with HR information systems (HRIS).

  • Basic knowledge of employment law and regulations.

4.   Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python, automation tools).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Intermediate English communication.

  • Strong Business acumen, strategic and critical thinking.

  • Strong analytical mindset, time management & project management skills.
