Job Description

• Ensuring C&B activities in relation to monthly payroll, insurance, PIT, labor contracts, delivery of C&B programs, labor issues or disciplinary process, internal & external labor reports are on time and accurate.
• Develop compensation & benefit scheme that motivate and engage employee and drive to high performance.
• Ensure that C&B practices comply with local labor law and align with the policies of company.
• Implement and coordinate the performance appraisal process.
• Maintain company's regulation compliance.
• Ensure administrative tasks for example: work permit, residence card for expatriates, submit payments related on time, organizing company activities, manage office facilities.
• Support HR Manager in developing and implementing of different projects: working regulations, regulations on salary and bonus, welfare & benefits, other allowances, etc.).Lead and participate in different HR Projects (besides C&B projects) as assigned by HR Manager.
• To ensure recruitment need achieved by working closely with hiring managers and related partners.
•  Responsible for the whole recruitment activities and deliver recruitment services.
•  Develop talent pool for future recruitment.
• Conduct HR face to face or phone interviews, facilitate the interview panel discussion and provide valuable hiring advice to hiring managers to ensure the hiring quality as well as professionally provide the interview to candidates.
• Communicate with Recruitment Agency and ensure the correct understanding on job requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy together.

Job Requirement

University degree in HRM, Law, Business Administration                    
Good communication in English.                    
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point).                    
• Above 1 years experience in similar position                    
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, negotiation and problem-solving skill, time management                    
• Being proactive, positive thinking, good in building relationship
