Job Description

Compensation & Benefit (60%)

  • Conduct payroll calculation and payment for local employees and Expatriates including PIT, payroll slip.
  • Yearly Personal Income Tax Finalization
  • Manage soon-late monthly report and issue the discipline, penalty
  • Manage attendance checking to be ready for Payroll payment on time.
  • Ensure all compensations & benefits to be complied with Labor law and company regulations.
  • Support Team Leader for annual salary adjustment; employee promotion & evaluation activities.
  • Be responsible for HR monthly report, data analysis.
  • Support the recruitment activities when it is needed.
  • Other works as required by HR & Admin Team Leader.

Administration Tasks (40%)

  • Follow and manage some Company Event such as Woman Day, Company Trip, Year end Party
  • Follow admin cost payment for Expat; for air ticket and hotel of all employees, payment for condolences/ marriage for employees if any
  • Update news on Company Website, Facebook

Job Requirement

  • University degree in related fields
  • At least 05-year experience of Human Resource Management.
  • Good knowledge of Admin - HR Field; Strong at C&B field, Labor law
  • Fluent communication both in Vietnamese & English; Microsoft offices
  • Quick thinking, well-organized, responsible, friendly
  • Require good analytical skills, willing to learn
