Execute the full-cycle recruitment process in accordance with company procedures, including manpower planning, sourcing strategy, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing.
Coordinate interview schedules with BOD and dept head, ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels, manage recruitment budget and propose optimization solutions.
Develop periodic recruitment plans; collect, consolidate, and submit manpower requests from departments for approval.
Organize onboarding programs for new hires; support internal training activities (ISO, 5S) and coordinate external training when required.
Handle onboarding procedures; monitor probation progress and support in resolving employee-related issues.
Maintain and update HR database and personnel records in compliance with company policies.
Support employee relations activities and perform other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, exposure to high-volume/mass hiring is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing skills, experience with recruitment databases/tools is an advantage.
Good English communication skills
