HR & GA Supervisor

1. Supervise and implement all recruitment activities.
2. Monitor recruitment progress to meet KPIs.
3. Analyze recruitment requirements of each department.
4. Develop recruitment activities including recruitment contents in each channel to attract talent.
5. Implement proactive sourcing techniques to build relationships with potential candidates.
6. Proactively build and maintain a talent database for current and future positions.
7. Propose ideas and implement Employee engagement activities

Age: From 27 years old

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in the similar position.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

Soft skills:

• Interview skills, communication skills, time management skills, analytical skills, etc.
• Good English communication skills.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday Working

Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
