HR & GA Supervisor

Scope of responsibilities

1.     Handle activities and events within the company

2.     Carry out periodic trainining as planned

3.     Supervise the jobs of subordinates employed including driver, cleaner, canteen and securities term

4.     Handling discripline, complaints, conflicts…

5.     Control budget and costs of HR&GA departments.

6.     Monitor the recruitment process of subordinates, analyze difficult situations and propose solutions.

7.     Perform recruitment for asssigned positions

8.     Monitors resignation situations, analyze situations and propose improvement solutions.

9.    Operate under Company regulations of ISO, HACCP, GMP requirements

Qualifications:

Age: From 27  years old

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in the similar position.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
