Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for executing key HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, employer branding, training, and employee engagement. This role will play a crucial part in attracting top talent, strengthening our company culture, and ensuring an excellent employee experience. Additionally, the role will contribute to other HR projects that support business growth.

a.    Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (55%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to hire top talent across all departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate selection processes.
  • Enhance candidate experience by ensuring a smooth recruitment journey.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.
  • Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.

b.    Training & Development (15%)

  • Own the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and expectations.
  • Organize and facilitate internal training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and development plans.

c.    Employee Engagement (15%)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives to improve internal communication and company culture.

d.    Other HR Projects (15%)

  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance.
  • Support HR analytics and reporting to improve decision-making.
  • Participate in workforce planning and HR process improvements.

Job Requirement

a.    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

b.    Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or multiple HR roles, preferably in FMCG.

c.    Skills & Competencies

  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
