Job Summary

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

C&B Support:

• Assist in attendance tracking and support payroll preparation.

• Maintain employee records and update HR documentation.

• Support HR processes such as probation tracking, contract management, and employee data management.

HR Admin:

• Assist in internal HR communications and daily HR operations.

• Handle general HR administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

● Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in FDI companies.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks

● Feel at ease when communicating in English.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
