Recruitment & Employee Relations
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Monitor employee lifecycle: probation, confirmation, and termination
Handle employee relations issues in compliance with labor laws
Manage timesheets and calculate payroll, bonuses, and allowances
Handle social insurance procedures: registration, adjustment, finalization, and employee benefits claims
Prepare and finalize Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and reports
Draft and manage labor contracts, appendices, and HR-related decisions
Maintain and organize employee records and company documentation
Support preparation of documents for banking procedures as required
Monitor and update legal and labor-related documentation
Draft and manage internal administrative documents
Working time: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Ability to communicate in English (Business Level)
At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations
Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits (payroll, insurance, tax)
Ability to work independently and proactively
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
Proficient in Excel
