1. HR Operations
- Manage employee records, contracts, personal information, and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Monitor probation and labor contract expiration; coordinate performance reviews and contract renewals.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee-related records.
- Support payroll preparation and monthly HR reports.
- Handle mandatory insurance, PIT, and other HR-related administrative procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Support employee relations and resolve day-to-day HR matters.
2. Recruitment & Employee Support
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and follow up on recruitment progress.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
3. Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, equipment, assets, and facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, and external service providers.
- Manage office expenses, invoices, contracts, and administrative documents.
- Track company assets, business SIM cards, parking cards, access cards, and other office-related items.
- Support company events, meetings, business trips, and other administrative activities.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, functional, and compliant with company requirements.
