JOB PURPOSE:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating key HR activities in a manufacturing environment, including Compensation & Benefits (C&B), recruitment, labor contracts, social insurance, and daily HR operations.
- The role ensures HR policies and practices are implemented accurately, legally, and effectively while providing timely support to employees and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Manage monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other employee-related payments.
- Prepare and maintain payroll data and ensure payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, allowances, bonuses, and other company benefits.
- Prepare monthly C&B reports and provide HR data for management review.
- Handle employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, attendance, and payroll.
- Support annual salary review, bonus calculation, and other compensation-related activities.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, particularly production, engineering, warehouse, quality, and office roles.
- Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, arrange interviews, and coordinate candidate selection.
- Prepare job offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and monitor recruitment progress and hiring KPIs.
3. Labor Contract & Employee Administration
- Prepare, issue, renew, amend, and terminate labor contracts in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare HR documents related to employee transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, probation, resignation, and termination.
- Monitor probation and labor contract expiration dates.
- Ensure HR documentation is properly maintained and compliant with legal requirements.
4. Social Insurance & Statutory Compliance
- Manage employee social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures.
- Handle insurance registration, increase/decrease of employees, and other required adjustments.
- Process employee benefits related to sickness, maternity, work-related incidents, and other statutory benefits.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and external agencies regarding insurance matters.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and statutory requirements.
5. Employee Relations & HR Support
- Provide HR support and consultation to employees regarding company policies, benefits, contracts, and HR procedures.
- Support employee relations activities and handle employee concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures and employee grievance handling when required.
- Support employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR-related matters.
