HR Intern

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Recruitment (30%): Receive and analyze recruitment requests, prepare job descriptions, job posting, screen CVs, schedule interviews, support candidate follow-up, etc.
• Employer Branding (EB) (40%): Write content, design images and videos, etc.
• Internal Communication (IC) (30%): Support organizing internal events, write content, design images for internal sharing purposes, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3rd or 4th-year student majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, etc., with a strong passion for the HR field.
• Good English skills (all 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management in general and Recruitment in particular.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Able to use basic design/editing tools for images.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and creative at work. Integrity, straightforwardness, passion for challenges, and clear personal development goals.
• Available for full-time work. For students, the company allows 1–2 days off per week for attending classes (must work at least 8 shifts/week).
• Must have a personal laptop.
• The company provides interns with the opportunity to become full-time staff.
• Internship period: 6 months.
