HR Manager (Training)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment for our employees. You will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Development:
  • Research and evaluate new training resources and materials to enhance our training programs and provide value to employees.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify future training requirements and develop effective training curriculums.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new hires and coordinate on-the-job training.
• HR Strategy & Compliance:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our business goals and comply with Vietnamese labor laws.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
• Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement a performance management system that drives employee performance and aligns with company objectives.

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

·  Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the garment industry.

·  In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the garment industry's labor market.

·  Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.

·  Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·  Proven track record of managing HR functions in large-scale organizations (3,000+ employees).

·  Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

·  Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
