HR Manager

1. HR 80%

• Lead and manage HR Functions to ensure HR effectiveness, efficiency
• Annually review and enhance company policies.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR procedures.
• Manage full-circle payroll, social insurance & PIT, lead & oversea annual PIT Finalization.
• Perform & report HR cost &headcount periodically.
• Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs.
• Annually review and plan the HR Budget accordingly.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
• Oversee and manage the recruitment process concerning the headcount budget.

2. Administration: 20%

• Oversee the internal operation of administration activities.
• Take care and process Working Visa, Work permits, Temporary resident card for expats.

• Graduated from university in economics, Human Resource Management, administration, law or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Understanding human resource management; Laws and regulations on labor and employment.
• Proficient in leadership & planning skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in working on Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Efficient in English (Work with Expat).
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Attractive salary: from 25 - 40Mil Gross
• Social Insurance base on full salary
• Probation: 2 months, 100% Salary
• Lunch at the office
• Working time: Monday - Friday (from 08:00 to 17:00) - Saturday (from 08:00 to 12:00)
