Job Description

Location: Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Bien Hoa

MISSION: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring alignment with The company global standards and Vietnamese Labor Laws to support our business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Operations Management: Oversee full-cycle HR functions including Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B, and Performance Management (KPIs).
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Policy Development: Review and improve internal regulations, salary scales, and benefit schemes to enhance employee engagement.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the Board of Directors/COO on HR metrics and department performance.

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management, preferably in large-scale Manufacturing or Korean companies.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for reporting to Global HQ. Proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of Labor Law and HR best practices.
