• Developing and implementing HR strategy. (recruitment, training, and performance evaluation)
• Managing the recruitment process and onboarding proces.
• Training and development of human resources and Performance management and employee evaluation.
• Resolving human resources issues and Managing administrative and human resources activities.
• Managing compensation and benefits and supporting in-house training.
• Response to external agency official documents.
• Legal support, insurance management.
• Management of major in-house events and schedules.
• Managing asset inspections and office supplies.
• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, sociology, law or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience of HR (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Business-level (Fluent) English and Vietnamese
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Business Acumen (Strategic thinking,Data analysis and interpretation and Knowledge of labor laws)
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR and Administration.
• HR Expertise (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation)
• Technological Skills (Microfost office, Data management, HR software)
