Job Description

Job purpose

The HR Media Specialist belongs to the HR Department, primarily supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives (70%) and Internal Engagement events/HR announcements (30%). This role is responsible for creating visual assets, producing short videos, and drafting engaging text content across corporate HR media channels to attract candidates and strengthen internal workplace culture.

1. Visual & Video Design (Main scope)

  • Design Collateral: Design attractive visual assets (posters, banners, standees, flyers, digital graphics) for recruitment campaigns, job fairs, internal events, and general HR announcements.

  • Multimedia Production: Produce short clips and reels (TikTok, Facebook Reels, CapCut) showcasing factory work life, candidate guides, employee stories, and internal activities.

  • Visual Standards: Maintain neat, professional, and visually consistent designs across all HR and recruitment touchpoints.

2. Content & Social Media Management

  • Content Creation: Write clear, engaging copywriting (captions, headlines, internal notices) for job vacancies, workplace benefits, company news, and engagement activities.

  • Channel Maintenance: Update daily content and monitor company recruitment fanpages (Facebook, Zalo OA, TikTok, LinkedIn) and internal employee communication groups.

  • Candidate Interaction: Briefly reply to messages and comments on fanpages, helping capture potential candidate leads for the Talent Acquisition team.

3. Recruitment & Internal Event Support

  • Deliver fast, tailored visual and text assets for urgent mass hiring needs or technical roles; prepare offline materials for job fairs and school activations.

  • Support the HR team in planning visual themes, designing materials, and executing internal employee events, holiday celebrations, and engagement campaigns.

4. Basic Channel Tracking

  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, views, post engagement, candidate messages) to evaluate content effectiveness.

  • Suggest simple ideas to make visual and text content more appealing to candidates and employees.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience handling both graphic design and basic content writing/social media management.

  • Experience in or creating content for HR (recruitment, internal communication, engagement) in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in graphic design software (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere).

  • Strong Vietnamese/English copywriting skills; able to turn factory/HR details into clear, friendly, and captivating messages.

  • Good understanding of Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, and basic community management.

  • Active, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate smoothly with both office staff and factory workers.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese; basic reading and communication in English is a plus.
