      Job Description

      • Manage HRBP initiatives, talent acquisition, learning & development, and talent management.
      • Oversee performance management, compensation & benefits (C&B), and employee relations.
      • Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions that support business objectives.
      • Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement and experience.
      • Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and workforce effectiveness.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
      • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role or equivalent Human Resources Generalist position.
      • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and core HR functions, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits (C&B), and employee relations.
      • Good communication skills in English.
