      Job Description

      • Manage and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
      • Administer access control systems, Face ID, time attendance system, and CCTV.
      • Manage IT and security-related assets and equipment.
      • Conduct security patrols and asset inspections.
      • Perform internal ISMS/TAM audits.
      • Implement and monitor company security policies and procedures.
      • Support investigations related to company assets and perform other assigned duties.

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor's degree.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Good communication and written English skills (Japanese language ability is an advantage).
      • Strong communication and presentation skills.
      • Relevant working experience is preferred.
