HRBP cum L&D Specialist

- Consolidate weekly & monthly HR reports for all sites

- Support HRBPs nationwide with SOPs, data & compliance

- Manage induction & training activities across Vietnam

- Coordinate with Regional L&D to roll out regional-level training programs

- Facilitate onboarding / induction sessions and internal trainings in a clear, engaging way

- Lead internal communication, culture & employee engagement activities

- Support new site launches and HR project execution

- From 2–4 years of HR experience (HRBP, HR Ops, or L&D)

- Strong planning & execution skills

- Good Excel/PPT & HR data reporting

- Clear, logical communication

- Strong facilitation & presentation / public speaking skills (comfortable speaking in front of groups, leading induction/training)

- Good English to work with Regional teams

- Strong ownership & accountability mindset

- (Preferred) Design thinking & ability to create internal communication materials: posters, infographics, newsletters, training slides (Canva/PPT)
