    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Main Responsibilities

    • Support departments in identifying manpower needs aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop HR-related policies, procedures, regulations, and templates.
    • Manage, record, and evaluate employee performance.
    • Handle employee transfers, appointments, contract renewals, and terminations.
    • Resolve issues related to labor contracts, complaints, and disputes.
    • Coordinate with departments to implement restructuring, mergers, and new policies.
    • Advise department managers on handling matters related to employee relations.

    2. Secondary/Supporting Responsibilities

    • Support departments upon request with employee information and related data.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned directly by the Executive Board.

    Job Requirement

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience (Law, Human Resources, etc.).
    • At least 3 years of experience in handling labor discipline matters.
    • Ability to work independently, propose solutions, and provide consultation to stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese.
    • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
