HRBP Operations (60%):
- Manage Data Analysis & HR Reporting, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management (KPI), Employee Engagement, and Org Chart updates.
Project Support (30%):
- Assist in Competency Projects, Headcount Optimization, Technical Training Center building, and Incentive Policy development.
Admin Tasks (10%):
- Monitor Overtime, time records, and working schedules
- Ensure Job Descriptions (JD) are updated regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- A minimum of 02 years of HR experience
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of the full spectrum of HR functions
- Good at command English
- Good at using MS Office
- Willing to traveling
