Qualifications & Experience
- University degree
- 3+ years in HR field, with TA or HRBP experience to be preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Good oral and written communication in Japanese is a MUST
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge about Labor law and labor market in Vietnam
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and cope with stressful situation at work
- Being careful, detail-oriented, self-disciplined with ability to work independently
- Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill
- Good planning and analyzing skill
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
