HR Business Partner – TTI Vietnam

- Work location: SHTP - HCMC (Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai)
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic and business-minded HR Business Partner to support TTI Vietnam. This role is the bridge between the BU leadership and the HR Department to work on organization design, build leadership and talent pipelines, and ensure strong hiring outcomes, while operating effectively in a highly multinational and cross-cultural environment.
The HRBP will serve as the HR partner for the BU, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution and working closely with HR CoEs (Centers of Excellence) to support sustainable business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic HRBP & Organization Design (Core Priority)
- Act as a strategic HR partner to BU leaders on organization design, workforce structure, and define and design skills matrix with each department.
- Guide the performance organization reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning in alignment with BU strategy.
- Partner with leaders to identify critical roles, high-potential talent, and readiness risks.
- Translate business direction into clear people and organizational actions.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and critical roles.
- Participate in the selection for key and leadership roles, by involving in screening CVs and joining the interviews for manager above positions, give comments to the hiring managers regarding the culture fit, personalities, mentalities etc.
- Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates, and ensure hiring quality.
- Ensure qualified candidates and onboarding experience for the BU.
3. Talent, Performance & Capability Development
- Guide BU-level processes for:
- Performance management
- Talent review & succession planning
- Leadership and capability development initiatives
- Partner with HR-L&D to shape development priorities, but retain ownership from the BU perspective.
- Support managers in building strong teams and future-ready capabilities.
4.Other Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR functions (C&B, ER, Admin, EB, L&D) to ensure aligned and compliant HR delivery.
- Support employee relations matters in collaboration with HR-ER team.
- Provide HR insights and data to support decision-making and risk identification.
- Continuously improve HR processes and ways of working for the BU.
