Job Description

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implement HR activities and initiate projects within the plants in alignment with HR strategies

• Ensure HR key processes, policies, and procedures are well communicated and adhered to

• Coordinate and organize internal communication sessions to ensure organizational information is cascaded effectively and responded to in a timely manner

• Coordinate with line managers to implement recruitment plans and training programs as scheduled

• Follow up on the Personal Development Plan (PDP) process and Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure timelines are met

• Calculate monthly payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance

• Build and maintain networks with Trade Union representatives to ensure legal requirements and procedures are updated promptly

• Coordinate staff activities to achieve expected outcomes and engagement

• Participate in manufacturing-related activities, such as ACT NOW, GEMBA, Quality/SHE certifications, and other initiatives

• Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager (if any)

Location: Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park (Employee shuttle service provided)

Job Requirement

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (Prefer FMCG industry, Manufacturing)

• Team Player, hands-on

• Communication Skills, Good command of English, both oral and written

• Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills

• Analytical, Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills

• Labor Law Knowledge Skill

• Strong Business Acumen

• Project Management and Change Management Skills
