HSE Engineer

1. Safety Monitoring and Compliance

• Supervise the work of employees and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.

• Take corrective actions when necessary.

• Implement the company's and contractors' safety policies.

2. Inspection & Risk Assessment

• Inspect tools and equipment.

• Prepare job safety analysis and risk assessments.

• Ensure that appropriate safety measures are applied correctly.

3. Incident & Accident Management

• Record and report incidents and accidents.

• Maintain an accident log.

• Recommend corrective actions.

4. Safety Communication

• Post safety slogans and banners in visible areas.

• Mark assembly points and designated smoking areas.

5. Training & Emergency Preparedness

• Organize emergency drills.

• Train personnel in the proper use of tools, equipment, and fire extinguishers.

6. Environmental & Housekeeping Management

• Monitor environmental issues.

• Provide guidance on good housekeeping practices and waste disposal.

7. Safety Documentation & Equipment

• Prepare safety reports.

• Inspect safety equipment and maintain records.

Bachelor’s Degree

2–3 years' experience

Strong knowledge of health and safety measures
