JOB PURPOSE:

The HSE Intern will support the GW Asia HSE function with administrative and routine HSE activities, including document control, reporting, data management, and training support. The role provides practical exposure to windfarms health, safety, and environmental management under the guidance of HSE Function.

LOCATION: An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

PERIOD INTERNSHIP: 3 - 6 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in maintaining HSE records, files, and databases on SP.
  • Organize and file HSE documents, reports, certificates, and other HSE records on SP.
  • Support document control activities, including updating document registers and revision records.
  • Distribute HSE notices, alerts, and communications as required.
  • Assist in preparing periodic Asia HSE reports and presentations.
  • Assist in developing safety posters, awareness materials, and HSE campaign content.

    Job Requirement

    QUALIFICATION:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in: Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
    • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
    • Strong safety mindset and positive attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to organize and manage documents effectively.
