1. ISO System Management:
· Develop, update, and maintain the management system documentation.
· Control ISO documents and records.
· Monitor departmental compliance with established procedures.
· Ensure documents are updated and issued in accordance with company requirements.
· Maintain the master document list.
· Manage controlled forms.
· Control archived records.
2. ISO Coordination:
· Develop implementation plans for the management system.
· Monitor environmental objectives.
· Monitor KPI performance.
· Monitor continual improvement programs.
· Monitor Risks & Opportunities.
· Track Action Plans.
3. Internal Audit:
· Prepare internal audit plans.
· Prepare audit schedules.
· Coordinate and monitor internal auditors.
· Consolidate audit nonconformities (NCs).
· Follow up corrective actions.
· Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
4. Management Review:
· Collect management review inputs from departments.
· Prepare management review reports.
· Prepare meeting agendas.
· Prepare meeting minutes.
· Follow up action items after management review meetings.
5. Certification:
· Prepare for certification body audits.
· Prepare for customer audits.
· Follow up audit nonconformities.
· Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies.
B. HSE (40%)
1. Environmental Management:
· Manage environmental aspects.
· Conduct environmental impact assessments.
· Manage waste.
· Manage hazardous waste.
· Monitor wastewater.
· Monitor air emissions.
· Monitor workplace noise.
· Coordinate environmental monitoring activities.
· Manage chemicals.
· Manage Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS).
· Occupational Safety
· Conduct risk assessments.
· Conduct workplace safety inspections.
· Perform safety patrols.
· Investigate near-miss incidents.
· Investigate incidents.
· Investigate occupational accidents.
· Monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
· Manage safety signs and labels.
2. Fire Prevention & Fighting:
· Inspect fire protection systems.
· Monitor maintenance of fire protection equipment.
· Organize emergency and fire drills.
· Maintain legal compliance records related to fire safety.
3. Legal Compliance:
· Update legal and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct compliance evaluations.
· Prepare for regulatory inspections.
· Liaise with government authorities.
C. Training (10%)
· Conduct HSE orientation training.
· Conduct periodic HSE training.
· Provide ISO system training.
· Deliver environmental awareness training.
· Organize emergency response training and drills.
· Conduct HSE training for contractors.
D. System Improvement (10%)
· Propose Kaizen initiatives.
· Recommend system improvements.
· Analyze HSE and ISO performance data.
· Recommend cost-saving initiatives.
· Implement environmental programs.
· Gender: Male/Female (Age 24 – 30)
· Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering or other related fields.
· At least 3 years of experience as related duty.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· English fluency in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
· Good observation, planning and organizational skills.
· Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly responsible in the workplace.
