Job Description

  1. Assist senior management in formulating, revising, and reviewing environmental management systems and overseeing their implementation.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the implementation of environmental regulations across various departments and report any violations discovered during inspections.
  3. Assist department leaders in preparing or revising emergency measures related to environmental protection and supervise their implementation.
  4. Participate in the preparation and revision of emergency measures for environmental pollution incidents and inspect the practice of these measures.
  5. Prepare and report environmental statistics and materials for the company.
  6. Assist department leaders in completing environmental protection declarations for company projects.
  7. Monitor the operation of environmental protection facilities, track pollution sources, and report timely.
  8. Assist department leaders in formulating occupational health management systems based on company practices, establish comprehensive occupational health records, and be responsible for occupational health data statistics.
  9. Assist department leaders in supervising and inspecting the implementation of occupational disease prevention and control measures, and oversee corrective actions.
  10. Organize health check-ups for employees by job category as arranged by leadership.
  11. Assist department leaders in implementing relevant safety production laws, regulations, standards, and safety production systems.
  12. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the implementation of safety regulations across the company and report any violations discovered during inspections.
  13. Assist department leaders in conducting regular safety risk assessments, develop safety operating procedures and precautions for key positions, and provide training.
  14. Participate in safety inspections, issue safety hazard rectification notices for identified issues, urge relevant departments to make timely corrections, assist in safety production education, develop and implement annual safety production training plans, and provide safety education for new employees.
  15. Participate in safety inspections of special equipment, promptly identify safety hazards, oversee corrective actions for issues found, report unresolved issues to superiors immediately, and propose suggestions for improving safety production management.
  16. Supervise the implementation of safety management measures and corrective actions for major hazardous special equipment.
  17. Cooperate in the investigation and handling of safety accidents related to special equipment, be responsible for accident statistics, analysis, and reporting, and assist relevant departments in formulating and supervising the execution of accident prevention measures.
  18. Manage the collection and submission of materials for certification and re-examination of special equipment operators.
  19. Handle the application for inspection and re-examination of special equipment.

Job Requirement

  • More than 3 years of experience in safety work; experience in the solid wood processing industry is preferred
  • Experience in managing records and on-site management.
