HSE Supervisor

Role: The HSE Supervisor supports the Manager in ensuring HSE compliance with legal and company requirements. It involves guiding the organization in planning, executing, and improving HSE measures, collaborating with various teams to achieve HSE goals, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities and not limited the following:

• Develop and Implement Country HSE Policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct HSE Inspections and Audits to windfarms to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with GWI HSE requirements.
• Conduct Risk Assessment to Identify and assess occupational risks specific and propose preventive and corrective measures
• Provide HSE Training, HSE Awareness, HSE programs and HSE campaigns on HSE issues for all employees.
• Conduct Incident Investigation, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Develop Emergency Response and ensure all staff are trained and aware of these protocols
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure company operations do not harm the local environment or wildlife
• Coordinate with project managers for HSE matters and coordinate risk prevention activities
• Coordinate Monthly Country HSE/Carbon Account System reports to Asia HSE function team.
• Working location: The employee needs to work both at the office and the construction site as required.

 Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Local HSE regulations and international standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• NEBOSH certification or relevant certification ISO 45001, 18001, 14001
• Minimum 5 years HSE experience required.
